Spring Creek Trail Colorado
The second trail we hit on our trip to Steamboat Springs, Colorado was the Spring Creek Trail. This trail boasted of gorgeous views, a creek to walk beside, and a pond to skip rocks in. Once again, the changing the colors of Autumn were in full swing while we were there and we couldn’t help but be awestruck by the vibrant colors around us. Surprisingly, my youngest (who had just turned 3 at the time) was the most gung-ho one of us and had a blast. This was probably due to him being able to throw rocks in every body of water we passed, but we didn’t mind it. We only went about a quarter of the way down—or up, rather, since most of it was inclined—the trail to the pond before turning around. All in all though, it was a fun hike even with 6 sweet, lovely, little angels between us who definitely never complained.
You can see more of our photos from Colorado here, and if you’re interested in any of these photos (and more) in full resolution you can grab them at Pexels or Pixabay. I took all of these photos with my trusty Fujifilm XT-3 and XF18-55mm lens. And you already know I did all of the editing in MS Paint.
Just kidding! I used Adobe Lightroom.
